Since 2009 I have been battling the system of purchasing a home in South Carolina. The disappointing realization was the intention of keeping the working family homeowners blind to the judicial truth and accountability in the court system. The South Carolina legal and judicial system has turned a blind eye to many of the 8,000 cases filed in South Carolina in 2023 and have acted and ruled upon them without accountability. The basic concept of representing a client is violated immediately by many lawyers effecting the system from the start. The reliability of the legal and judicial process is at an all-time low. This is validated by the concerning actions of the current Commander in Chief of the United States and Department of Justice. Because of this I do not trust the conflicted conduct of attorneys but rather put my resources in the hands of a competent legal consultant, the E&R company with years of legal investigative and research experience. This company revealed to me what was actually going on with my case with facts that identified the systematic cause and effect of the current court system and the chameleon like Officers of the Courts involved. Since 2015, I have been a victim of judicial concealment and misconduct and have lost MY property in Richland County. My situation involved the worst father’s Alzheimer’s Disease situation. Since 2015, the South Carolina legal and judicial system has persecuted me, concealed from me and failed me in 3 different Courts, taking my legally owned property. After 14 years of battling my father’s Alzheimer’s Disease and the financial and emotional devastation therefrom, my life became a legal and judicial living nightmare. I sought 4 different attorneys to assist with a well planned and thoughtful transition for the Alzheimer’s patient, my mother and myself, who had financially and emotionally solely supported my father and mother for some 20+ years. The attorneys and judicial system became hostile towards me and judged me with personal opinions and personaljudicial decisions. Legal and judicial actors concealed South Carolina Law rather than apply South Carolina Law. My attorneys and the South Carolina judiciary systemically colluded and maliciously concealed to take my legal and rightfully owned property from me. It was not until 2025 that I was aware and enlightened to what was legally and judicially REALLY going on in the Richland and Fairfield County judicial slaughter. E&R Mortgage Consulting, LLC has educated me and brought the entire 15 years of deplorable, systemic judicial rape to my understanding. It was only in 2025 that my voice has been judicially heard. For 15 years the South Carolina legal and judicial system has flagrantly, and with malicious intent, disregarded South Carolina Law whilst presiding over my property and estate matters. I have been a victim of South Carolina’s legal and judicial system’s personal and emotional judicial review, legal and judicial collusion and concealment, and been personally and financially damaged therefrom. Where to start?His name is GodSent. Ok, my daddy passed 07/27/2016. I started getting notices at least 2 or 3 yrs after probate closed saying he had a balance. I took care of him up until his death so I was not working. I kept Praying I got more and more worried as letters/notices KEPT coming. I also had a tree fall on the house. I contacted a company I trusted to remove the tree and replace the roof. I filed bankruptcy to keep the house. That was my only option right? I kept Praying that all would work out in my favor. I mentioned what was going on to the contractor. He said,”you need to talk to Riley” He gave me his info. I kept Praying. When I first met RileyAKA GodSent, with the wealth of knowledge he has and how the Professor (GodSent)broke it down and made it make sense. I kept Praying GodSent not only broke everything down, he opened my eyes. He needed a copy of my deed. I told him I would go get it at lunch. I kept Praying GodSent called me and said, “MsHolt”, I’ve got your deed”I’m like huh?!?! how?!? Turns out, all you need is a person’s address to go to the Deeds office and request it. It’s given to the person that requests it WITH NO ID NEEDED!! I kept Praying GodSent. GodSent asked me did I know about the Letter of Satisfaction since 2017 (what you receive when the mortgage is paid off/satisfied) NO CLUE. I had already filed Bankruptcy. Did my Bankruptcy Attorney do his due diligence? No if he had, he would’ve known I DID NOT need to file bankruptcy. I kept Praying. Proof was right there all along that there was no amount owed. Why didn’t the Bankruptcy Attorney know to look for it? Because, he makes more with folks IN bankruptcy instead of OUT of bankruptcy. I kept Praying. I owed O on my home. Bankruptcy dismissed. God is Awesome!! He sent me GodSent! I kept Praying. Currently, a new tactic is being used to take my house. Now, the same fake mortgage company is trying it again. The new tactic involves sending out foreclosure notices again. I kept Praying. Now, I’m married. Using the house as a rental property. Went to measure my German Shrunk that takes up one whole wall. I had a lockbox on my front door. I kept Praying. I hadn’t talked with GodSent in a minute but guess who called me? Yep. GodSent. The lockbox was illegally placed on my house to “secure” it for the fake mortgage company. I kept Praying. I followed the instructions GodSent gave me, contacted City of Columbia, showed them the deed and was advised I would be within my rights to remove it. I kept Praying. I filed a lawsuit against this bogus mortgage company GodSent was right there. I kept Praying. Awaiting my trial date already Thanking Him for two things: The Victory and for GodSent 🙏❤️🙏I can’t thank HIM or GodSent enough
